What’s prohibited • No pets • No smoking / No Vaping / No candle usage – violation will result in $200.00 per/day fee • No Parties/Events – violation results in additional $200.00 surcharge adjustment to booking • No stays allowed for guests who knowingly have communicable infections inclusive of COVID • No outdoor fires or fireworks • No weapons allowed on property • No food in the bedrooms/bathrooms • No food in sink drains • Do not leave/prop the back door open When leaving/checking-out: Please Leave Home In The Same Condition As It Was In When You Arrived • If you break/damage anything, immediately notify host via AirBNB app to make replacement cost payment arrangements • Cleaning – using provided supplies, swiffer floor and wipe surfaces • Do not rearrange furniture • Don't take any inside furniture/furnishings/pillows to the outside • Load Dishwasher Prior To Leaving • Take Out Trash To The Outside Trash Can Prior To Leaving… Failure to do so results in $100 surcharge • Turn Off Lights, Fans Or Any Other Small Electrical • Do Not Let Food/Grease Or Debris Go Down The Sink Drain Booking Rules • 3rd- party bookings are not allowed • Unless pre-authorized, check-out after 10:00 a.m. results in $30.00 fee • For stays longer than 14 days, booking confirmation is subject to all guests consenting to and passing a criminal background check. Guests who do not pass background may cancel according to policy Legal Clauses • You (the Guest) agrees that you are booking in goodwill with your host(s), and agree not to intentionally damage the property or its contents regardless of dissatisfaction from: o Your experience/stay o Fees assessed per house rules o Any dispute resolution determined by AirBNB • You waive your right to a trial, but agree to pay all attorney and court costs should we file a lawsuit against you
